During the Lease: 9. Only tenants who are listed on the promise to lease and the lease agreement are allowed to reside within the premises. Any unauthorized residents would be considered a breach of the lease. 10.No Pets 11. Tenant shall not, and shall not permit anyone to, use, grow, smoke or vape tobacco, cannabis, or any other illegal substance in any indoor part of the premises, the common areas or the property of which they form a part. 12.No Airbnb or similar short-term sublet. Any such activity will be considered a repudiatory breach of the lease 13. End of Lease: 17. The Tenant, at their own expense, is required to return the rental unit in its original condition (including appliances). The tenant is responsible to cover any damages (beyond normal wear and tear) and additional cleaning fees. 18.If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honour ALL visit requests for all prospective tenants, for which 24-48 hours' notice will be given.
