10.1.5 No short-term rental of the unit is permitted.

10.1.6 No subleasing of the unit is permitted without the consent of the landlord.

10.1.7 No animals are allowed in the unit.

10.1.8 Tenant agrees to abide by all building regulations.

10.1.9 No painting or renovations except with prior consent of landlord.

10.1.10 The tenant must leave the apartment clean and free of waste or personal effects at his departure.
