Should a promise to lease be subitted, it must include the following...

5) The TENANTS agree to return the premises in the same condition as they were delivered to them. 6) No modifications to the unit are permitted without the LANDLORD's authorization. 7) TENANTS agree to pay the first month and last months rent upon signing the lease. 8) No holes may be made in the walls, nor may the walls be painted without the LANDLORD's permission. 9) No lock changes are permitted without the LANDLORD's authorization. 10) A credit check must be performed and presented prior to acceptance . By accepting this promise to lease, the LESSOR declares that they are satisfied with the credit check and the TENANT's background. 11) Small pets are permitted
